South Latah Highway District is looking for an experienced diesel/equipment mechanic to join

our Genesee shop.

$37.94/HR

(4) 10’s from March to November

The qualified candidate would:

 Have Class A CDL with N and T endorsements, or ability to obtain

 Be able to lift 100#

 Be able to operate a snow plow during the winter months

 Live within 30 Minutes of Genesee, or be willing to relocate

 Be able to fulfill a six-month probationary period

 Be able to follow orders from Supervisor

 Must be able to communicate well with Patrons and other employees

 Must pass a drug test

The ideal candidate would have a background working on heavy equipment and possess their

own tools.
